A former Conrail unit taken in on trade, this SD-40 continued to rack up the miles as a lease unit for it's builder Electro-Motive Division of General Motors.  Shown here, at Millett, MI on a westbound, it's hauling new autos for lessor Grand Trunk Western.  This pan shot was taken on 6/4/94 by RE Holmes.
