Showing it's Spartan spirit, this little GE spends it's time waiting for coal hoppers to dump at Plant 85 electric power station on the south side of the MSU campus in East Lansing, MI.  The dumper building has been enlarged making this unit a bit harder to shoot since this 7/23/89 photo by RE Holmes.
